2. Use of AI Services
Our platform uses Gemini AI to process and structure resumes. While we strive for absolute accuracy, Profolix does not guarantee that the AI interpretation will be 100% correct. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing their data.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for all content posted on your portfolio. Any misleading, illegal, or harmful content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
4. Recruiter Verification
Recruiter access is granted exclusively to verified professionals with valid company emails. Profolix reserves the right to revoke recruiter access if usage patterns suggest scraping or unauthorized data harvesting.
5. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their resume data. Profolix retains ownership of the platform's code, designs, and proprietary structured data formats.
6. Limitation of Liability
Profolix is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including any employment decisions made based on portfolio content.
